Jackson's Fresh Collective Celebrates Unanimous City Council Approval of Historic Memorandum of Understanding Jackson, Mississippi — Jackson's Fresh Collective (JFC), an initiative of To Improve Mississippi Economics (T.I.M.E.), proudly announces and celebrates the unanimous approval of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by the Jackson City Council, marking a significant milestone in the collective effort to address food access, economic empowerment, workforce development, health, wellness, and community revitalization throughout the City of Jackson.
